Grass Fed Flatbread with Broccoli

- 1 pounds Grass Fed Ground Beef
- Olive oil
- Naan bread, 2 large or 4 small
- 1 small ball fresh mozzarella, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli, chopped
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup parmesan, grated
- Kosher salt
- Black pepper, fresh
- Crushed red pepper
- Italian seasoning
1.) Heat the oven to 425 degrees.
2.) Brown the Farmer Girl ground beef over medium heat in a large skillet until the beef has lost its pink color.
3.) Brush each piece of naan with olive oil. Top naan with the sliced mozzarella, browned ground beef, chopped broccoli, sliced red onion, and grated parmesan.
